Micah co-founded his route with his brother Ben, helping pioneer nightlife vending. His mentorship program draws on that experience to help new operators build their own routes.

Jordan is the founder and CEO of VTM Vending. He built and sold a route of 700 ATMs. A third-generation amusement operator, he and his family have deep roots in unattended kiosks across the Northwest.
Ridge was one of the first five students in Micah's mentorship program. After finding early success, he joined the team to help with operations and coach the next wave of operators.
An early mentee, Calix found success in nightlife vending and has since expanded into Pokémon vending. As a coach, he helps other mentees apply the principles behind his growth.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Ray has operated in nightlife vending for almost as long as Micah. He brings years of experience to his coaching, helping mentees work through the realities of running a route.
