Welcome to Nightlife Vending Blueprint (operated by VVP LLC DBA Unattended Income). By accessing or using our website, unattendedincome.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

1. Introduction

VVP LLC provides business education, mentorship, and community support for individuals interested in starting, managing, and scaling a vending machine and unattended retail business. These Terms govern your use of our Site and services.

2. Eligibility

5. Use of the Site

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or invasive of privacy.

• Strictly Prohibited: Share, distribute, or resell proprietary course materials, vendor lists, or location strategies provided through our mentorship program.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Site but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payment Requirements: The Nightlife Vending Blueprint mentorship program requires payment, which can be made in full or through our installment plan options where applicable.

• Subscription Fees: Where applicable (e.g., for ongoing community access), subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to the subscribed services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription model at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers.

7. Advertising and Marketing

• Advertising: We may display advertisements from third parties on our Site. These ads may be targeted based on your usage patterns or other information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Marketing Communications: With your consent, we may send you promotional materials, newsletters, or offers related to our services via email, phone, or SMS. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.

8. Contact information and SMS program

Sender: VVP LLC DBA Unattended Income operates the Unattended Income SMS program for our vending business education and mentorship services.

Your choices: Providing a phone number, submitting an application, or booking a call does not by itself authorize SMS messages or automated marketing calls. We request SMS consent separately from contact details. Marketing and non-marketing text preferences are separate, optional choices; you may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase, application submission, or booking.

Message types: If you opt in to marketing texts, you may receive special offers, discounts, and service updates about our educational services. If you opt in to non-marketing texts, you may receive application-status updates, consultation confirmations and reminders, and responses to requested support. We send only the message categories you authorize.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your interactions and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply to texts you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Stopping messages: Reply STOP to any message from the program to unsubscribe. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from the program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the same form and make a new affirmative SMS selection.

Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Refund Policy

• Action-Based Guarantee: VVP LLC stands behind the quality of our education. However, results require work. If a conditional guarantee is offered at the time of purchase, it is strictly based on the user completing all course modules, attending coaching calls, and proving that they have attempted to secure locations as instructed.

• All Sales Final: Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our services (proprietary knowledge, downloadable assets, and vendor contacts), all sales are final once you begin accessing the program materials. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or lack of participation.

10. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content provided on the Site and through our mentorship program, including text, graphics, logos, business strategies, and software, is the property of VVP LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site or provided through our mentorship program without our express written permission.

11. Earnings Disclaimer & Limitation of Warranties

• Business Risks: Starting a business involves substantial risk. Past performance of other students or the mentors is not indicative of your future results. VVP LLC does not guarantee that you will make a specific amount of money, or any money at all, using the strategies taught in our mentorship program. Your results depend on your work ethic, local market conditions, and ability to execute.

• Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on the Site or provided through our services.

12. Limitation of Liability

VVP LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our mentorship program, or any services purchased through the Site. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVP LLC, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, our mentorship program, or violation of these Terms.
